Cinnamon Maple Bourbon Sour

Course: Drinks
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • oz Woodford Reserve bourbon whiskey
  • ¾ oz Lemon juice
  • ½ oz Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and then pour over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Caramel Apple Mule

Course: Drinks
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • oz Smirnoff vodka
  • 1 oz Caramel syrup
  • 1 oz Apple cider

Instructions

  • Garnish a rocks glass with a caramel drizzle up and down each side and set aside. Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice into the rocks glass. Top it off with a splash of ginger beer and garnish with a caramelized apple. For a little extra sweetness, add a caramel drizzle to the top.

PAMA-Granite Paloma

Course: Drinks
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 oz PAMA
  • oz Patron Silver tequila
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • ¼ oz Grapefruit juice

Instructions

  • Shake all with ice, strain, and pour into a rocks glass with a sugar rim. Garnish with a lime loop.

Autumn Gin

Course: Drinks
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Beefeater gin
  • 2 oz Apple cider
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Honey syrup
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a curled apple peel.
